Meet
Tesha Piccinin
Tesha is the Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead at eWorks. She manages projects, coordinates review cycles to address client feedback, and reports to internal and external project stakeholders. She also coordinates and leads design teams and subject matter experts in completing project work.
Having over 30 years of experience in learning and development, Tesha has an extensive project management and instructional design background and has developed successful learning solutions for various government bodies and industries. She has also participated in developing national standards, methodologies, and tools for learning and development teams.
Tesha describes her passion as finding the right solution at the right time to set people up for success in their work.
Tesha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, English, History) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Outside work, Tesha finds joy in literature, the arts, genealogy, tennis, and yoga.
