Meet
Eric Pham
Eric is a dedicated System Analyst and Developer at eWorks. He is responsible for managing client requirements, scoping technical issues, developing LMS solutions, providing internal and external technical support, operating service contracts, and handling ad-hoc provisions.
Eric has worked in the LMS industry for over seven years supporting clients and has exceptional skills in fixing Moodle plugins. Additionally, he has six years’ experience working as a systems analyst, developing several plugins for the Moodle platform. Eric always aims to achieve and exceed clients’ expectations.
Eric holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in computer science from Hanoi National University of Education and a master's degree in information and systems from La Trobe University.
Eric is a passionate gardener who loves to grow his fruit and is an enthusiastic swimmer.
