These awards celebrate the success of a powerful initiative designed to build the confidence, capability and leadership potential of emerging leaders within the community and social service sectors.
Co-designed in close partnership with The Salvation Army, the Workforce Capability Project delivers a practical, engaging digital learning experience that empowers emerging leaders through a comprehensive learning ecosystem, including:
- Microlearning modules tailored to real community services contexts
- Authentic, scenario-based learning for practical application and reflection
- Accessible and inclusive design for all learners
- Stackable micro-credentials (towards BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management)
