Lucy Hampson

Lucy is a highly skilled Instructional Designer at eWorks, responsible for designing assessment materials.

With over 10 years of experience in the business, Lucy focuses on making a difference to people migrating to Australia, improving the quality of assessments, and ensuring they meet the needs of learners, employers, and other stakeholders. Her unique combination of skills, experience, and passion make her an invaluable member of the team, and she is committed to making a positive impact on learners' lives through her work.

Lucy earned her Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Media and Communication in the UK.

Outside of work, Lucy is a dedicated meditation and yoga teacher, sharing her passion for wellness with others. She also enjoys exploring new places and spending time in nature, which inspires her creativity and innovative approach to instructional design.
