- Lead the successful implementation of the RTLA program.
- Provide advice and support to the Victorian Flexible Learning Advisory Group (FLAG) representative on all matters relevant to FLAG and AICTEC.

- Develop and integrate e-learning strategies and solutions in the VET, ACE and community sectors to increase participation and improve learning outcomes.
- Research and Evaluate needs across all e-Works activities
- Focus on access and equity, alternative learning communities, international opportunities.
E-Business Solutions
- Scope the applicability for the uptake of e-business systems in the VET sector including continuous development of the TAFE VC and the Source.
- Provide strategic and technical advice in areas of interoperability, learning objects, resource repositories, identity management, e-portfolios, SMS etc.
